James is a Papa Louie customer. He placed third in the Taco Eating Contest. He arrived in the semi-finals in the Papa's next chef tournament with his niece Peggy, and he lost to his nephew Cooper. His full name is James Billy Eureka. His favorite food are peppers. His girlfriend is Captain Cori. He is the leader of the P&G Brigade (Parents and Guardians Brigade). He helped Cooper get his cat, Cookie during the events of Freezeria.
